Two arrested in Limerick

TWO men were arrested by gardaí in Limerick yesterday following a series of early morning raids on two houses in the north side of the city.

Both were questioned about serious crimes in the city including a recent shooting in the Moyross area.

One of them is reported to be a suspect in the murder of nightclub security man Brian Fitzgerald, who was shot dead near his home in Corbally in November, 2002.
