Late night street violence strikes one in seven, survey finds

ONE in seven people have been assaulted on the nation’s streets, a new survey has found.

The nationwide study also found that one in five people under the age of 35 have been attacked on a night out.

The situation is even worse for the 18 to 24 age group - one in four has been attacked.
