€30m marina plan go-ahead

A MAJOR marina plan in Co Waterford has been given the green light.

Waterford County Council has granted permission for a multi-million marina development which will totally transform leisure boating in Dunmore East.

The major revamp will include developing a new harbour outside the original one. The old harbour will be developed for smaller boats and pleasure craft.
