Council urged to act after historic home vandalised

ONE of Limerick’s most historic houses, owned by the late John Hunt, has been badly damaged in repeated vandal attacks.

Limerick City Council has been accused of refusing to take action to save the building.

Windows in the 19th century Toll House, beside Thomond Bridge, have been smashed in and a number of attempts have been made to set it on fire.
