Champion snorers battle for treasure

THEY’RE champion snorers, firm friends and joint favourites to win cult TV series Treasure Island.

Seán O’Brien, a 24-year-old bachelor farmer from Midleton, Co Cork and Mark Daly, 29, an auctioneer from Kenmare, Co Kerry, have been installed as joint 6/4 favourites by Cashmans Bookmakers to win the show and collect the prize of 50,000.

The winner will be revealed when the final programme in the eight-week RTÉ series is screened next Sunday.
