Justice Minister and garda chief ‘should be sacked’

TAOISEACH Bertie Ahern should immediately sack the minister for justice and the garda commissioner, according to one of the central figures in the Morris Tribunal’s report.

Frank McBrearty Jnr said he would never accept the report as closure on the affair.

The matter would be taken through the courts of this country and onto the European Court of Human Rights as the family continues its campaign for justice and compensation.
