Labour leader attacks Government record on crime

PEOPLE in Dublin live in terror of anti-social gangs because Fianna Fáil have failed them on crime and policing, Labour leader Pat Rabbitte said yesterday.

Mr Rabbitte, campaigning for the local elections, said people had been let down badly by lack of action at City Hall, despite years of growth and prosperity.

He said: “Many housing estates throughout our city are tortured by anti-social activity.
