Irish fraud protection company Xintec has signed a major deal with one of the world’s leading data clearing houses that will see its new fraud detection software provided to more than 80 mobile operators across the world.

Two Irish technology companies have made significant announcements ahead of the world’s largest mobile industry conference in Barcelona next week.

Irish fraud management company Xintec has added another major European telecoms player to its stable of clients which already includes the likes of Orange and Virgin Mobile, in a deal believed to be worth over €300,000.
