An audacious attack in the heart of Indonesia’s capital by suicide bombers was funded by the Islamic State group, police said.

At least 50 people have died after Boko Haram Islamic extremists struck the Nigerian city of Maiduguri with rocket-propelled grenades and multiple suicide bombers.

Two female suicide bombers detonated their explosives in a town in north Cameroon, killing at least five people and injuring 12 others.

Suicide bombers killed at least 18 people in three dawn attacks including in a mosque in the north-eastern Nigerian town of Damaturu, officials and witnesses said.
