Situation has come to a head again during pandemic

The Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine is due to hear IFA suggestions on supports for sheep farmers and income volatility in the dairy sector.

Sheep farmers are angry that the factories moved so hard and so quickly with price cuts of 40c-50c/kg in the past week, said IFA sheep committee chairman John Lynskey.
