The action by Sean Quinn's wife Patricia and members of her family denying liability for €2.34 billion loans advanced by the former Anglo Irish Bank to Quinn companies appears set for hearing early next year.

Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) has indicated it will apply for High Court orders requiring some members of Sean Quinn’s family to provide information concerning any employment of them with QuinnBet, a new online betting venture owned by the businessman.
