Three men and one woman have been arrested in connection with a bomb attack on a prison officer in the North.

A police officer has been disciplined after she failed to ask witnesses the name of a suspected drink-driver who fled the scene of an accident.

A woman’s body has been discovered at the scene of a blaze, the Police Service of Northern Ireland said.

Almost 100 people were targeted in paramilitary-style attacks in the North last year.
