A Romanian woman who ran a brothel in Blanchardstown has avoided a jail term today on the condition that she returns to her country within a week.

The trial of a 26-year-old Dublin man accused of murdering an Estonian forklift driver has been adjourned for the day at the Central Criminal Court heard.

A 27-year-old Estonian man, who was dragged from his car and kicked to death in front of his girlfriend, died of blunt force trauma to the head and neck, the Central Criminal Court heard.
