A man charged with fraud for claiming half-ownership of Facebook based on a phony contract and faked emails is missing, his lawyer has said.

FACEBOOK founder Mark Zuckerberg said yesterday an alleged contract and emails that a New York man says entitle him to a huge stake in the social networking website are “forgeries.”
