THE High Court has further remanded on bail three men wanted in Lithuania on weapons and terrorism charges.

Transcripts and books of evidence used in the trials of five men at the Special Criminal Court are "intensely relevant" to a civil action being brought against them in the North by victims of the 1998 Omagh bombing, the Supreme Court heard today.

The families of some of those killed in the Omagh bombing are seeking the discovery of documentation from five individuals who have appeared before the Special Criminal Court and are being sued for damages arising out of the 1998 explosion that killed 29 people, the High Court in Dublin heard today.
