Hearts have taken steps to avoid a repeat of the scenes which saw Celtic manager Neil Lennon allegedly attacked by a fan at Tynecastle.

Hearts insist they are not worried by a loss of £5.282m (€8.2m) for the financial year which incorporated last season.

Hearts have confirmed to the Stock Exchange that the controversial agreement to sell Tynecastle to developers Cala Management has been scrapped.
