The family of an 82-year-old woman who died days after she fell off a trolley at St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin has settled a High Court action over her death.

A 16 year old who has been left profoundly deaf after a tragic accident as a baby when the family car rolled along the driveway and crushed her carry cot against the house has settled her High Court action for €1m.
