British astronomers have used the Hubble space telescope to find a group of nine massive stars 30m times brighter than the sun.

A HUGE star drifting through a neighbouring galaxy may be the heaviest star ever discovered — hundreds of times more massive than the sun, scientists said yesterday after working out its weight for the first time.
