Officers investigating the discovery of a baby on a roadside in Dublin are expected to hold a press conference this morning.

Gardaí say they are very concerned about a woman whose daughter was found in Rathcoole in County Dublin yesterday afternoon.

The neighbour of the alleged victim in a murder trial told the Central Criminal Court that she heard wailing coming from the woman’s house on the morning she died.
