SURGEONS in Britain successfully completed two operations on a Cork schoolgirl whose mother criticised the health service for failing to arrange surgery to straighten her daughter’s severely twisted spine.

A 12-YEAR-OLD girl is set to get a life-changing operation to correct curvature of her spine, after the HSE finally agreed to pay for the treatment.
