GARDAÍ in Dublin are fearful of further attacks involving lethal explosives, following an incident in Crumlin shortly after 11pm last night in which a live grenade was thrown at a house.

A man who escaped from custody while serving a prison sentence for manslaughter has been jailed for five years by Judge Katherine Delahunt at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
