Four men serving at least 40 years behind bars for planning the failed July 21 London suicide bombings failed today in a British Court of Appeal bid to challenge their convictions.

WITHOUT firing a shot, police raiding apartments yesterday in London and Rome rounded up the last of the four suspected attackers from the failed July 21 transit bombings in Britain.
