CONNA CASTLE, who lost his chance in the Galway Plate with a bad blunder at the ninth, got back on the winning trail in the Southampton Goodwill Chase at Listowel yesterday.

Kieren Fallon showed he has lost none of his finesse in the saddle with a last-to-first success aboard Settigano in the Guinness Handicap at Listowel.

SNAEFELL, a little unlucky in running when beaten four lengths by long-absent Empirical Power at Cork, slammed better opposition in the Listed Bud Light Stakes at the Curragh yesterday.
