ACC BANK will ask the High Court today to wind up three insolvent companies in the Fleming building group, which has debts of more than €1 billion, following the Supreme Court’s decision to end court protection for them.

The survival plan for three companies in the Fleming group received the unanimous support of its creditors with the exception of Dutch owned ACC bank, the Supreme Court heard today.

AN examiner was appointed by the High Court yesterday to rescue a company within developer John Fleming’s construction group after the Dutch-owned ACC Bank failed in its bid to have a receiver appointed.
