Residents at a Wicklow centre for people with disabilities continue to suffer physical and verbal abuse because measures to protect them have not been taken.

A number of HSE-operated centres for people with disabilities have been criticised by health watchdog, HIQA. It has also raised concerns about regulatory non-compliance in facilities in the north west.
