THE Cork bingo hall raided by gardaí last Tuesday has been forced to close yet again due to the threat of another raid — and may not reopen before November 21.

THE first numbers were last night finally called at the 1,000-seater Cork bingo hall raided by gardaí on Tuesday evening just 30 minutes before it was due to open.

JUST half an hour before it was due to open for the first time last night, gardaí raided a new 1,000-capacity bingo hall in Cork and seized all the bingo books.
