A 25-YEAR-OLD man was last night charged with the manslaughter of his 31-year-old sister, a married mother of three, last week.

A FULL-SCALE garda investigation got underway yesterday into the death of a married mother-of-three, whose body was found in a shallow river, near Tralee, Co Kerry, on Wednesday.
