Seventy-three Syrian military officers, including seven generals and 20 colonels, have crossed the border with their families “seeking refuge” in Turkey, Turkey’s state-run news agency says.

Syria’s information minister has rejected Turkey’s allegations that his country was behind two car bombs that killed 43 people in Turkey and wounded dozens more.
