Gardaí investigating reports of shots fired outside a nightclub in Dublin have arrested two men.

The Dalata Hotel Group has reached agreement to buy nine of the hotels in the Moran-Bewley Hotel business for €455m.

INDEPENDENT Irish hotel group Moran Hotels has agreed terms to buy the Bewleys Hotel chain for an undisclosed sum.
