Ryanair has reversed an earlier decision to withdraw its services from Shannon to Liverpool and Edinburgh, Minister Tony Killeen said today.

RYANAIR said it will pull more routes from the country’s larger airports and relocate to smaller bases such as Kerry and Knock.

Authorities at Shannon Airport have said that they have not been able to come to a new agreement with Ryanair.

Ryanair has today announced it will open its 33rd base at Porto in Portugal with two based aircraft and four new routes (16 in total).

RYANAIR will announce its first route from Cork Airport to mainland Europe today.

Ryanair is reportedly being criticised this morning over its handling of a bomb threat that forced the diversion of one of its flights yesterday.
