Owners of a Dublin nursing home closed over the weekend by court order are to ask a judge tomorrow to restrain the dispersal of residents “all over the place” while the initial closure is legally challenged.

A heroin addict who was found carrying €24,000 worth of stolen jewellery and €2,700 in cash in a sock has had his sentence adjourned by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
