A young Cork woman raised the alarm to evacuate her family from their burning home before the smoke eventually overwhelmed her causing her to die .

People in the East Cork area are being asked to donate to a fund to rebuild a family’s home after it was destroyed by a fire which claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman.
