Gardaí found two shotguns, pepper spray, iron bars, axe handles, knuckle dusters and knives when they searched a bikers’ clubhouse and cars where a man was shot dead.

A biker shot a member of a rival motorcycle club dead over a territorial dispute in Limerick, a prosecuting barrister told a murder trial jury yesterday.

A man was brought before Limerick District Court yesterday charged with the murder of a motorcycle enthusiast last Saturday.
