A man convicted of harassing women reoffended just 10 days after a court warning that his freedom was hanging by a thread, a prosecutor claimed yesterday.

The High Court has approved a €4.5m settlement to a 14-year-old Sligo boy with cerebral palsy and severe spastic quadriplegia.
