Revised procedures at a Tipperary care centre where a woman with special needs was mistakenly locked on a bus for a day last week are being reviewed by the HSE.

A care centre for adults with special needs has apologised after one of the women who uses its service was mistakenly locked in a minibus and left at a garage all day.
