A "compulsive" sex offender who has previously been jailed for hoarding child pornography has been jailed again after a Garda caught him looking at child porn in an Internet café.

A court has heard a convicted sex offender who hoarded more than 35,000 child-pornography images and movie files may have been motivated by an anger towards society.
