A LIMERICK City bank building, on O’Connell Street and Bedford Row, is being sold for as much as €10m — a recent Munster-bank investment sale price record.

2014 was the busiest year on record in terms of the Irish investment market with more than €4bn worth of properties due to be sold by year-end.
