A freed Guantanamo Bay terror detainee has re-emerged as an al-Qaida commander in Yemen, the US said today.

Prosecutors have accused five Argentines with falsely implicating a group of Iranians in the 1994 terrorist bombing of a Buenos Aires Jewish centre, Iran’s state news agency said.
