A public petition calling for action on a dangerous junction accessing Kerry’s county GAA grounds attracted over 1,500 signatures in just 24 hours.

No specific guidelines are available for solar energy farms in Irish planning but applications are being lodged in an abundance along Kerry, Cork and the west coast.
