A man has been arrested by gardaí investigating the murder of Andrew Allen in Donegal.

Up to 40 men have been forced out of a city by a republican vigilante group who shot dead a dad-of-two, it has been claimed.

A man in his 20s was shot dead at his home in Co Donegal.
