ENGLAND defender Ashley Cole is poised to do a U-turn and sign a new deal with Arsenal.

Jose Mourinho and Chelsea have been found guilty of ‘tapping up’ Ashley Cole at a hotel meeting in which the England and Arsenal defender was deemed a compliant participant.

Ashley Cole arrived at Premier League headquarters today for the verdict which could see himself, Chelsea and Jose Mourinho punished after allegations the Premiership champions ‘tapped up’ the England and Arsenal defender.
