Sean Quinn Jnr has denied having any documents that would show what happened to the rents or profits of two Russian companies that he actively managed.

Evidence uncovered in recent months shows that Seán Quinn Jr exercised day-to-day control over a group of companies with major property interests in eastern Europe, right up until his jailing for contempt on Jul 20 last.

Further details of the alleged asset stripping by the Quinn family have been spelled out before a judge who is deciding if he will continue to allow them each draw down an allowance of €2,000 a week.
