Heavy rain and strong winds continue to batter the country this morning, but road conditions are improving.

Motorists are being advised to expect delays in or around Bray Town in Co. Wicklow this afternoon as thousands are expected to attend the Bray Summerfest Air Display.

A crashed truck has been cleared from the M50 northbound at J15 Kiltiernan but the lanes are still affected as debris is cleared and the road is treated.
