A 72-year-old grandmother who slipped and fell in a supermarket carpark on what she claimed were recently painted ground markings has settled her High Court action.

A 27-YEAR-OLD toy shop manager stole more than €57,000 from his employer because of an out of control gambling problem, a court heard yesterday.
