Two teenage boys were hoping to make a deal with the devil when they sexually assaulted and killed a 15-year-old girl in a satanic ritual, a prosecutor said.

A WOMAN who took in a family recovering from Hurricane Katrina has been arrested and charged with kidnapping after authorities said she refused to return five children to their mother and went on the run with them for a month.

Jurors and victims’ relatives fear they might be targets of a death row inmate who freed himself from handcuffs and walked out of a US county jail in civilian clothes.

The five children allegedly drowned by their mother in Texas last week will be buried on Wednesday.
