Businessman Harry Crosbie has lost an appeal over Nama’s efforts to recover a €77m debt under which his personal assets, including his family home, are at risk.

Nama is entitled to enforce a €77m judgment against certain assets of businessman Harry Crosbie, a High Court judge has ruled.

Businessman Harry Crosbie objects to conditions including maximum €5,000 monthly living expenses being sought by Nama for not enforcing a €77m judgment against his home and other assets pending further legal proceedings, the Commercial Court has heard.
