IAN POULTER admitted he would have been disappointed had he not finished under par at Royal St George’s having played so well without creating many chances during his first round yesterday.

Lee Westwood has high hopes of going into The Masters with another win under his belt after starting his defence of the Andalucian Open with a seven-under-par 65 at Aloha today.
