Afghan police are questioning four men about the bombing of tanker trucks carrying fuel to American troops in Kandahar, a US official said today.

Afghan officials say they are negotiating with tribal leaders to give up their weapons.

Tribesman, backed by British and US special forces, are hunting for Osama bin Laden and Mullah Mohammed Omar, in the mountains and caves of Afghanistan.
