One man has died and 15 people are in a critical condition in hospital following an outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in Scotland.

Hearts today took a big step towards quitting Tynecastle for good by announcing they have reached a conditional agreement to sell the stadium for £22m (€32.5m).

Hearts have confirmed they will stay at their current Tynecastle home for another year.
