Irish-founded exploration firm Circle Oil is considering a fresh equity raise in the new year in a bid to “right size” its balance sheet.

LIMERICK-BASED exploration company Circle Oil’s Moroccan and Egyptian assets could hold up to 83% and 65% more oil reserves than initially anticipated.
